Shaila Kasat brings the heart of a mother and the eye of a teacher to Blue Feather. Long before Blue Feather existed, she spent years personally tutoring children through their earliest learning years — patiently, one child at a time, without the pressure of a classroom of thirty. That hands-on, ground-level understanding of how young children actually learn shapes the culture she anchors at Blue Feather today: unhurried, personal, and always centred on the child first. As Chairperson, she ensures that every kit designed, every classroom supported, and every decision made stays true to that same simple principle — the same care she has always brought to teaching, now built into how Blue Feather serves every family.

Suchita Loya — Founder

Suchita Loya brings real, hands-on business ownership to her role as Managing Director. Having built and run her own retail pharmacy business, she has spent years managing exactly the kind of daily discipline every growing organisation depends on — inventory, staff, compliance, and customer trust, handled reliably day after day. At Blue Feather, she channels that same operational rigor into the business side of early education: coordinating vendors, overseeing daily execution, and making sure every commitment made to a family or a school partner is one Blue Feather can actually deliver on, consistently.

Tejashree Mayank — Founder

Tejashree Mayank is the founder and driving force behind Blue Feather. A Chartered Accountant by training and an entrepreneur for over seven years, she brings an unusual combination of financial discipline and educational conviction to early childhood learning. As a preschool owner herself over the past year, she experiences the everyday realities of running a school firsthand — not as a consultant looking in from outside, but as someone solving the same problems alongside the founders she works with. She has spent years studying how children actually learn and continuously works toward changing outdated patterns in early education, with a clear mission: to build a genuine, lasting shift in how children are taught and raised to be curious, capable learners.
